“Reflect upon your present blessings -- of which every man has many -- not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.” ~ Charles Dickens
EZEKIAL 1-3
8But I will make you as unyielding and hardened as they are. 9I will make your forehead like the hardest stone, harder than flint. Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people.”(3:8-9)
HEBREWS 9
14How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,c so that we may serve the living God!
15For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.(9:14-15)
JOURNAL
Another day. I am alive, my body works. I can breathe the air, my legs are functioning and allowing me to run, all my limbs are working. It is a Friday with a weekend ahead of me. What a great day and what a blessed life.
